My Role : UX Designer, Researcher

Problem Statement : CCSB is a local “hometown” bank that lacked a professional strategy on their website.  The navigation, call-to-action and marketing were a complete mess.  After going over the current site, I spent some time re-organizing the site architecture, and gave clearer navigation, smarter design, and marketing intent that drives more potential leads for their services.

Solution: Provided more professional look and feel with organized site architecture, marketing and sales spaces.
