Problem Statement: Fidelity has a closed ecosystem to cloud hosting and would like to start to leverage and integrate with 3rd party resources and apis.  In order to mitigate internal risk, legal and technical issues, the company decided that they need to start leveraging cloud hosing solutions. An onboarding tool was needed to identify teams, projects, billing, contacts, and integration needs.

Solution: We created a web application that did the backend setup, and cloud hosting registration.  This also allowed teams to identify key members and billing authority.

 

The Solution

The Cloud Marketplace introduction page created to teach associates about the new impending application for onboarding new hosted AWS solutions.

 

Fidelity was opening up to Amazon, Google, and Micrsoft as well as other cloud services. They wanted to have a site devoted to all the cloud services so associates could “shop” for available options and filter in a number of ways to find their desired solution,

 

The onboarding process was a multi-step solution to bring web teams new opportunites outside of the Fidelity hosted ecosystem.
