Problem Statement : Corteva had a legacy product with many time-intensive administrative tasks, features that no longer met the demand of customers.
How Do We Solve It? : Start with the Voice of the Customer (VOC), and understand their hopes, desires and pains.
Results : Our team had multiple design workshops, and user studies to ensure that we were meeting their needs. Our new product OKR’s drove towards a 50% decrease in administrative tasks, an increase in user adoption by 100%, and new capabilities that would drive a 50% increase in planned field acres.
New Solution
Our new product solution focused on task based interfaces that gave the Sales Rep key indicators of jobs to be done. The new layout, on screen data, and comparative analysis bolstered customer efficiency and created an additional 6million acres (50%) of planned fields the following year whereas past year results showed 0-5% increases.
