Learning Management System

My Role : UX Designer, Researcher

Problem Statement: Fidelity associates were often required to complete new training and certifications by law.  They had a very poor way of displaying messaging and learning documentation so employees knew how much training was ahead and what the priorities were of each class.

Solution: We created a Learning Management System that organized classes into an easy to digest UI that detailed what the class was about, how long it would take, and the medium in which the class was taught.

Mobile first design of learning curricula for associates on the go.  These examples were intended for administrators to get holistic views into what courses were being offered, who was teaching them and status.
