My Role : Architecture redesign, Interaction design, UI re-skinning
Problem Statement: Experienced Mr. Cooper mortgage associates typically spend 45 minutes and use upwards of 4 different systems while talking to customers about possible refinance options. The inefficiencies here are magnified by new associates still learning how to use the systems and learning their role.
Solution: Create a single system that allows associates, new and veteran to more easily find the information they need, and help guide the conversation with logic and a better communication architecture. The following design decreased the average phone call time to 5 minutes.
