My Role : Lead UX Designer, Researcher, Front-end Development

Problem Statement: Fidelity contracted over 4,000 vendors in 2017.  Many of which provided similar services as other vendors.  The goal of the company was to better understand what vendor services each provided and what risks were involved with doing business with each.

Solution: By understanding these two variables, we were able to cut half of the contracted vendors, mitigate risk by removing less secure vendors, and save costs with master service agreements throughout the company.

New Solution

The initial view allows administrators to see a snapshot of their account.  The vendors were listed, the user tasks, and contacts they communicate with on a semi-regular basis.
