My Role : Lead UX Designer

Problem: WebFilings had a very bland look, weakly branded, static marketing, and a large chunk of legal jargon that did not help promote the company’s brand and promote sales leads.

Solution: Create a personalized experience for customers to see who works for the company and with them, what different products are available for sale, and a strong brand design.

 

The New Solution

The new screen vision was to make sure that our company had a face, and who better to place on the sign in page than the specific person that each company worked with one on one.  We alternated between actual customer service associates that worked with these customers and matched them their associated ip address or cookie.  This made a more personal experience for each and every customer.
