Problem Statement: Our intended customer pays millions of dollars each year to 3rd party vendors to file their quarterly and yearly earnings statements.  They send in their information to the vendor and have a 4-7 day window in which the information will be filed.  If information is incorrect, the cycle starts back over. If the errors are not corrected in time, the SEC can provide large fines and penalties, as well as affected public trust and stock price valuations.

Solution: Creating a product that empowers the filing company the ability to release their own statements with a template.  This decreases the cost to them by over 50%, increases their efficiency, and allows them to file with the click of a button.  Following quarterly and yearly can be filed much quicker with master variable lists that can be modified to swap out all complimentary items within the 1000+ page documents.

New Solution

The original application UI felt dated, disjointed, and missed many branding opportunities.  With the new design we were able to create a consistent flat design that better represented current trends.  Many of the same functional elements remained, but re-skinning gave it a much needed facelift.
